1. After our initial discussion with you, via phone or in person, with initial confirmation of site and date, we require a $4,000.00 deposit to defray costs incurred on your behalf. We also require a signed Terms and Conditions with signatures of Bride and Groom, and all parties involved in payment of services.

2. We confirm the wedding site, chosen date and time for the wedding, and send you two copies of the confirmation contract. You sign both, keep one for your records, and mail the other contract back to us.

3. We can provide guidance in what you will need to do at the Italian Consular office nearest you, to make your documents legal. This must be taken care of by you here in the United States before your arrival in Italy. However, upon your arrival in Italy, we will take you to all local offices to finish your legal paperwork in Italy. BE ADVISED THAT A MARRIAGE IN ITALY IS LEGAL ALL OVER THE WORLD AND SUBJECT TO ITALIAN MARRIAGE LAWS.

4. We will be glad to act as wedding coordinators for you and provide assistance in selecting and procuring additional services, whether they be travel arrangements, translation, photography, floral , bakery needs, music, reception and meal planning, transfers to/from Bologna airport, any services to help customize your wedding , all to help make your day perfect and complete. Fees apply.
